To reserve your date Blooms on Darby requires a non-refundable booking fee of $200 which will be subtracted from the final invoice. Please request a invoice to lock your date in.

Your quote is valid for one week only and Blooms on Darby will hold this date for seven days after you have received the quote. If you are outside this timeline please contact Blooms on Darby to re check availability.

Blooms on Darby holds the right to release your date if no booking fee has been paid without acknowledging you prior.

Your final invoice is issued and due prior to 30 days out from your event. By paying the booking fee you are agreeing to all Blooms on Darby’s terms and conditions.


No further quote amendments will be made until you have booked in with Blooms on Darby.

Blooms on Darby will provide one initial in person consultation and an additional final consultation if required to finalise your details. Between these two consultations you have unlimited email and phone contact for any queries in relation to your wedding. 

For any further in person consultations a administration surcharge of $50.00 applies.

Blooms on Darby is happy to make small additions and adjustments to your quote though if you have multiple quote amendments you will incur a surcharge of $50.00 which will be added to your final invoice.

You are welcome to adjust your quote and make reductions totalling 10%. At 30 days your quote must be finalised and no further reductions allowed.


If you need to cancel or postpone your event please contact Blooms on Darby in writing at your earliest convenience.

Outside 60 days you are forfeiting your booking fee of $200.00, if you are seeking an alternative date this will be dependent on availability, if Blooms on Darby do not have further availability you are forfeiting your booking fee.

Within 60 days of your event 50% cancellation charges apply. Within 30 Days of your event 100% cancellation charges apply.


If Selected, Blooms on Darby will deliver and set all items for your wedding on the day at up to three locations within a 30km radius. For example:

•Brides Address

•Grooms Address

•Ceremony and reception address

You must ensure you select a vase collection or dismantle option if you would like Blooms on Darby to perform this duty. If you do not select a collection you will assume the responsibility of returning any hired items to us within 14 days.

The collection fee is $40.00. Which includes collection of hired items only such as vases.

The dismantle fee is $180.00. Which includes pack down of all florals related to the wedding (ceremony, reception, ceiling etc.) the next day. If same day dismantle is required a additional $80.00 applies.

If Blooms on Darby are placing any items belonging to you (vases, candles etc.) these must be unpacked and ready for placement, if labels, packaging, cleaning is required on the day an additional surcharge will apply.


At Blooms on Darby we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and a quality product and try our hardest to meet our customers expectations though as flowers a seasonal produce, colour variations, quality, quantity and overall availability are variable. In the situation a flower is not available Blooms on Darby reserves the right to quickly make a florals substitution to achieve the desired look based on your overall vision.

Blooms on Darby will use images as inspiration only and using available florals and foliages to make a unique and non replicated floral design.


Your wedding is not confirmed with Blooms on Darby until the below form is completed and submitted AND your $200 booking fee is received in the below account. Blooms on Darby will hold your wedding date for 5 business days from the date you are sent this booking form.
